SmartAsset.asia Terms and Conditions

SmartAsset.asia is a FinTech platform that enables users to manage assets, list properties, participate in a referral programme, and access financial analytics. These Terms apply to all users of the platform.

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• SmartAsset.asia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is deemed suspicious, fraudulent, or harmful to the platform.

Users are strictly prohibited from posting, promoting, or engaging in any of the following:

• Sexual or explicit content, including nudity or adult services
• Gambling or betting-related content
• Illegal, fraudulent, or unethical products or services
• Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Violent content, threats, or incitement to harm
• Misinformation, impersonation, or deceptive marketing
• Any content that violates applicable laws

A strict zero-tolerance policy applies. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

SmartAsset.asia offers a single subscription plan:

• SmartAsset.asia Monthly Subscription — RM300 per month
• Up to 5 active listings
• Full platform access including referral programme and withdrawals
• No free tier is available

Important: Subscription fees are for access to the platform and its features. SmartAsset.asia does not guarantee sales, leads, or income.

• All payments made to SmartAsset.asia are final and non-refundable.
• Subscriptions must be paid on time to maintain uninterrupted access.
• Auto-debit and manual payment options are available via Stripe.

• Each member receives a unique referral ID, code, link, and QR code.
• A direct, single-tier referral reward of RM300 is credited for every successful RM300 subscription payment made by a directly referred user.
• The reward is recurring on every successful monthly payment, while the referrer's subscription is active at the time of payment.
• If the referrer's subscription is inactive at the time of payment, the reward is skipped and not back-paid later.
• This is not an MLM programme. Only direct, single-tier referrals are rewarded.

• Referral rewards expire 3 months after their credit date if not withdrawn.
• Only active subscribers may withdraw wallet earnings.
• A 25% processing fee applies to every withdrawal, regardless of amount.
• Credits are consumed using FIFO (first-in, first-out).
• Withdrawals are processed via bank transfer to the registered account.

• SmartAsset.asia supports three listing types: Property Asset, Other Assets, and Vehicle Liability.
• Each listing has a status: For Sale, For Rent, or NIL.
• NIL listings are private and do not appear publicly. Only the user and Super Admin can view NIL records.
• An active subscription allows up to 5 active listings.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sensitive information such as IC numbers and bank account details are never displayed publicly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartAsset.asia shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Any losses arising from user interactions or reliance on listings

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
